ValueVerse LLC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ValueVerse LLC ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of our mobile application and related services ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.

  • Users Age 18 and Over: If you are 18 years of age or older, you may use the Services and agree to these Terms directly.
  • Users Between 13 and 17: If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use the Services if your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By permitting a teen to use the Services, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for their conduct and use of the Services.
  • Users Under 13: The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Account creation and use by individuals under 13 is prohibited.

2. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

You agree to use the Services in a lawful manner and to abide by the following rules of conduct. You shall not:

  • Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or defame any other user.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the Services, including by hacking, scraping data, or distributing malicious software.
  • Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to access the Services without our express written permission.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of ValueVerse LLC or any third party.

Violation of these guidelines may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Our Services: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all content, software, data, branding, and logos, except for Third-Party Content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Third-Party Content: The *Adopt Me!* game, its names, logos, and other related intellectual property ("Third-Party Content") are the property of their respective owners (e.g., Uplift Games, Roblox Corporation). ValueVerse LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING VIRTUAL ITEM VALUES, WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT. ALL TRADING DECISIONS ARE MADE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
  • Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALUEVERSE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the Services or by contacting us.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

7. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ValueVerse LLC regarding the Services.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
